All registrations for the SET An Example Conference are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee by contacting our team at info@womenofthenfl.com no later than 5/15/25.

By registering for and attending the SET An Example Conference for the Women of the NFL, I grant Sports & Entertainment Today, LLC (SET) and its affiliates, sponsors, and media partners the irrevocable right and permission to use my name, likeness, image voice and appearance as captured in photographs, video recordings, television broadcasts, and other media during/of/for the event.

I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, advertising, and educational purposes including but not limited to social media, websites, press releases, television programs, and other marketing materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product and understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of my likeness.

I release SET, its representatives, and all affiliated entities from any claims related to the use of these materials and acknowledge that this release is binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives.
