In 2026, SET is proud to host the SET An Example Conference - Getaway, a unique event dedicated to uplifting and empowering Women of the NFL.

Purpose

With nearly 100 women representing 32 different NFL teams, this conference provides a space for networking, workshops, and encouragement. Women of the NFL balance multiple roles ~ wife, mother, assistant, nurse, therapist, and #1 fan ~ often prioritizing others before themselves. This weekend is about YOU, offering opportunities to recharge, connect, and gain insights to thrive in both personal and professional life.

OUR HIStory

Understanding where we’re going starts with acknowledging where we’ve been. The SET An Example Conference has evolved over the years with powerful themes

  • 2018

    The SET An Example Conference started in 2018 and the theme was Shaping the Future because a conference of this magnitude had never been done.

  • 2019

    In 2019 we saw that there was extreme strength in numbers and we have the ability to come together and get things done. So the theme was The Power of You.

  • 2020

    In 2020 all of our plans were derailed. What was supposed to happen in Dallas we were forced to come together virtually and the theme was Anything is Possible. We made it so.

  • 2021

    In 2021 we found ourselves in Mexico because after experiencing a pandemic, lockdown, quarantine and a world in ways unlike ever before we were coming out with Great Expectations.

  • 2022

    In 2022 we were on Victory Boulevard in Dallas, TX and our theme was Play to Win.

  • 2023

    In 2023 we ventured to Las Vegas, NV and the conference was hosted by Circa Hotel and Resort. Our theme was Double Down.

  • 2024

    In 2024 we headed to the midwest and Chicago was the destination. Our theme was Expanding the Vision because we announced our board and membership.

  • 2025

    This year the theme is It Starts With Us. The women we are becoming is a result of relationships, resources, experiences and support. Individually we are forces but together we are a movement.

  • 2026

    This year the theme is Bold Moves Only. We are no longer playing small, we are no longer waiting for the perfect timing and we are no longer overthinking decisions. We are boldly arriving into Colombia and will return refreshed and reSET.
